Production Analysis of Bored Pile Foundation Work in Sand Layer and Rock Soil Conditions: A Study Toll Road Yogya-Bawen Section 1
摘要
This research was conducted on the Yogya Bawen Toll Road section 1 project, especially in the area around Banyurejo Yogyakarta, this project is one of the infrastructure projects included in the National Strategic Project in Indonesia. The Yogya Bawen Toll Road consists of 6 sections, with details of section 1 Sleman-Banyurejo (8.25 km), section 2 Banyurejo-Borobudur (15.26 km), section 3 Borobudur Magelang (8.08 km), s 4 Magelang-Temanggung (16.26 km), section 5 Temanggung-Ambarawa (22.56 km) and section 6 Ambarawa-Junction Bawen (5.21 km). The bored pile foundation uses a diameter of 120 cm with a maximum drsilling depth 49 m. With the condition of sandy soil layer and rocks with diameters varying from small to large, the method used in bored pile foundation is the slurry stabiliser method with bentonite material, combined with the bored pile method using interlocking kelly bar and core barrel equipped with bullet teeth. Quantitative and qualitative methods are used in this study, by collecting data from direct observations in the field and also by direct interviews with site engineers and supervisors from foundation contractors, as well as data obtained from Main Contractor. Then the existing data is used to determine the production capacity of the two existing drilling units. With sandy soil conditions, the average overbreak of ready mix concrete is below 12%. And around 35% are rocks, it was found that the production of the drilling unit with a larger capacity Sanny SR-285, is 1.5 points/day, greater than the Sanny SR-205 C10 drilling unit which was only 1 point/day/unit.
