Research on Torque Characteristics of Novel Wound Brushless Doubly-Fed Machine Based on Modulation Winding
摘要
The air gap magnetic field of the wound rotor brushless doubly-fed machine is more complicated than that of the traditional machine. There are two fundamental magnetic fields with different pole pairs and rich harmonic content, which leads to the problem of torque ripple. Therefore, this paper innovatively proposes a new rotor winding structure based on series modulation winding. Firstly, the main winding of the rotor is designed according to the principle of tooth harmonic. Secondly, an analytical calculation model of the rotor double winding coefficient based on the modulation winding is established, and the influence factors such as the pitch of the modulation winding and its relative position with the main winding are considered. Finally, by comparing the analytical conclusion with the simulation, the correctness of the analytical calculation model is verified, and it is proved that the modulation coil can effectively reduce the harmonic magnetomotive force of the motor, thus significantly suppressing the torque ripple.
