This paper focuses on the construction of a digital diagnosis system for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) based on multi-source information fusion, aiming to break through the limitations of traditional TCM diagnosis in quantification and standardization. The system innovatively establishes a disease-physical condition association database. By integrating TCM theoretical knowledge with modern information technology, it can quickly and accurately output physical condition assessments after inputting disease information, providing a new path for the modern development and clinical application of TCM, and is expected to promote the popularization and application of TCM worldwide. This paper elaborates on the system architecture design, database construction principles, disease data collection and processing methods, and the algorithm logic of the diagnosis model.
