Almost Nothing: Astonishing Sluggish Development of Medicine in the Han Dynasty

  • Yuqun Liao

摘要

The pre-Qin period (before 221 BC) and the Han Dynasty (202 BC-AD 220) hold great significance in the establishment of ancient Chinese medical theories and the development of its system. A notable indicator of this is the creation of a series of classic works that were written in those ages and are still in use today. References to the completion dates of these works can be found in medical books, as well as literature and history texts from different dynasties.
