With the accelerated global energy transition, new energy vehicles have an increasingly urgent demand for lightweight design, high energy density, and sustainable power supply. Flexible Perovskite solar cells (PSC) have emerged as a promising choice for Vehicle Integrated Photovoltaic (VIPV) systems due to their high photoelectric conversion efficiency (PCE), flexible preparation capability, and low-cost characteristics. This paper reviews the application prospects of flexible Perovskite solar cells in new energy vehicles from the technical requirements, research progress, and existing problems, aiming to provide a reference for future technological development.
