Electric Braking Characteristics of Hybrid Vehicles
摘要
Electric braking availability is crucial in hybrid vehicle systems. Current research mainly addresses local control of electric braking but lacks the system-level evaluation of braking capacity, operational boundaries and characteristics. Additionally, it often neglects practical constraints on vehicle loading volume. This paper proposes a method for analyzing electric braking characteristics in hybrid power systems under limited configurations. The method mainly consists of two stages: initial modeling analysis and research on electric barking control technology. Firstly, based on the design requirements of the research, the topology of the hybrid system is selected. Secondly, the main modules in the system are analyzed mathematically, and the control mode is selected and modeled. Furthermore, by setting the ideal torque curve and combining the load torque, the system electric braking operation was simulated, and two observation indicators were selected to analyze and verify the system performance. The results show that the system has good braking recovery ability while maintaining stability.
