Synchronization of Discrete-Time Complex Dynamical Networks with Time-Varying Delays

摘要

The synchronization problem for an array of coupled discrete-time complex networks with the time-varying delays is studied in this paper. By constructing suitable Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional, the sufficient condition for the synchronization of complex networks is presented. Abel lemma based finite sum inequality and Wirtinger inequality are utilized to provide a tighter estimation on a finite-sum term appearing in the forward difference of some Lyapunov functional which leads to a less conservative delay dependent synchroization. The derived conditions are expressed in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Finally, chaotic synchronization of Lorenz system is employed to exemplify the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed result.
