Multi-level Security in Allocated M-Healthcare System Using Otixo Cloud Storage

Allocated m-healthcare system provides methodical medical treatment to a patient. In this paper, allocated m-healthcare system is established using Otixo cloud storage in order to achieve data confidentiality and privacy of the patient information. Otixo integrates the third-party apps using the automation tool Zapier. In Otixo cloud storage, directly authorized physician and indirectly authorized physician can decrypt the patient’s personal health information (PHI) by satisfying the access structure. The Hierarchical attribute-based encryption with designated verifier signature scheme (HABE-DVS) is devised to provide multilevel security. Simulation results demonstrate that our system can reduce the storage cost, signature generation and verification time. Future work lies in achieving the data integrity in m-healthcare system by using block chain techniques. It also provides an alert message if unauthorized persons try to access the patient details.
