The sensor processing capacity has been constantly improved and detection information from multi-sensor should be accessed in order getting better combat situations while the single sensor can’t meet the information requirements. To improve the accuracy of the information, the measure error of every single sensor should be considered. This paper proposes an efficient algorithm to optimize multi-sensor accuracy by the history measure data. Determine the estimation algorithm of multi-sensors history tracks by the trajectory shape. Optimize the sensor error by minimize the difference between correlated radar history tracks.
