Prefabricated Buildings Cost Control and Regulation
摘要
Traditional construction real a labor-intensive, high-energy-consuming industry, the development of prefabricated buildings can effectively promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry and solve the current problems. However, after decades of development, prefabricated buildings have not been widely promoted, and it is generally believed that the cost of prefabricated buildings is bound to increase compared with traditional buildings, where the components are produced, transported, and installed in factories. Therefore, based on the review of relevant literature, this paper first explains the process and characteristics of prefabricated buildings, then analyzes the energy cost with transportation and installation as an example, and finally pro-poses measures to reduce energy cost, which can provide relevant theoretical and practical significance to prefabricated buildings in actual implementation.
