This chapter constructs a comprehensive methodological framework integrating approaches from Translation Studies, literary studies, cultural studies, and sociology. It positions the research as a constructivist, descriptive, and interpretive study combining product-, process-, and participant-oriented approaches. The chapter details three datasets: bibliographic data from 1,827 publications including 209 literary translations (1930-2024); textual and paratextual materials from three case studies; and ethnographic data from translator interviews. It explicates the mixed-methods analytical framework combining quantitative statistical analysis with qualitative textual, paratextual, and contextual analyses. The chapter provides criteria for case study selection and addresses ethical considerations, demonstrating how methodological rigor ensures the research meets required standards.

摘要
