Study on the Influential Mechanism of Social Justice Competences: Investigation from the Perspectives of Undergraduates
摘要
Education is a fundamental channel and cornerstone for promoting social justice. At every stage of the educational mission, the goal is to realize social justice within the educational framework, emphasizing the equitable distribution of educational resources to bring about societal change. Exploring social justice and differential politics (Yang, 2008), which draws on the insights of various scholars, including Rawls (1971), Habermas (1985), Young (1990), and Sen (1987) shed light on the practical application of social justice theories in education. The observation that aligning educational planning with the goals of social justice requires breakthroughs and reconstructions across multiple dimensions, including ideology, policy, systems, structures, curriculum, teaching methods, assessment practices, teacher–student dynamics, and interventions for learners in exceptional circumstances, all of which are critical to advancing social justice in educational settings.
