Design and Analysis of an Eight Degree of Freedom braiding mechanism Based on Spiral Theory
摘要
Traditional weaving mechanisms are simple and difficult to adapt to the weaving needs of complex cavities. Therefore, this article designs an eight degree of freedom weaving mechanism. Firstly, this article designs a weaving mechanism model, which includes a four degree of freedom lead mechanism and a four degree of freedom hook mechanism. Secondly, based on the spiral theory, this article analyzes the operating space and effective workspace of two mechanisms. Finally, the correctness of the model was verified through inverse kinematics solution.
