Hepatic and Pancreatic Cancer
摘要
Hepatic (liver) and pancreatic cancers are considered refractory diseases. However, advances in treatment strategies have led to the prognosis of both cancers becoming more and more promising. This chapter provides a general outline of the two diseases and describes how medical treatment is given. It also discusses the impact the disease and its treatment have on the daily life of a patient with liver or pancreatic cancer.
