As data volumes surge and digital transformation accelerates, enterprises increasingly expect database support to be fast, precise, and intelligent. We present SunDB.ai, an intelligent database support platform that tackles core challenges in this domain by combining a high-precision knowledge graph with an LLM-driven natural-language interface [1]. It features an intuitive, user-friendly question–answer interface with strong interpretability and traceability, and integrates intelligent data processing tools with the ticketing system for seamless coordination. By enabling rapid and precise resolution of user issues, the platform significantly enhances service quality. A prototype demonstration highlights its strong performance, ease of use, and tangible benefits in real-world applications.
