摘要

This paper investigates neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) as a strategic, human-centered training approach to enhancing communication competencies critical for resilient entrepreneurship. The aim of this study is to verify whether there are statistically significant differences and relations within the selected communication skills defined through the NLP-C methodology (active listening, question formulation, body language, assertiveness). The research sample consisted of 165 entrepreneurs (79 women, 86 men) aged between 29 and 61. In addition to comparing groups based on NLP training participation, the study examined associations with age and business experience, as well as interactions between gender and NLP training. The results revealed statistically significant differences in favor of the trained group and significant associations with selected sociodemographic variables. The findings support the relevance of NLP as a tool for enhancing communication competencies in the entrepreneurial context. The novelty of the study lies in offering an evidence-based framework for incorporating NLP into human-centered business development strategies by bridging applied psycholinguistic training with entrepreneurial capability building.
