Research on the Impact of Human Resources on Medical Enterprise Performance under the Perspective of Enterprise Resource Ecology
摘要
In the new economic era, the knowledge economy, information economy and network economy are booming. How to effectively develop and manage human resources, give full play to their role as a source of value creation, and help medical enterprises maintain an advantage and improve performance in the fierce competition has become the focus of common concern for scholars and managers. However, in the context of the new economy, medical enterprises are confronted with a complex and changeable competitive environment, and the role of human resources does not depend on themselves or a certain part. It is not only restricted by the external competitive market, economic and political environment, but also closely related to other internal resources, medical enterprise goals and values. This requires decision-makers to base themselves on the perspective of the enterprise system in the process of human resource development and utilization, and flexibly adjust the human resource strategy according to the dynamic environment and the medical enterprise strategy. In view of this, this paper integrates theories from multiple disciplines such as management, economics, and ecology, adopts a method combining theoretical analysis and empirical research, selects strategic emerging industries as research samples, and explores the impact of human resources on medical enterprise performance from the perspective of enterprise resource ecology. It aims to provide useful references for decision-makers of medical enterprises to grasp the development and utilization of human resources more systematically.
