In this paper, a general processing method based on dead-zone saturation operation is proposed for the actuator constraint processing problem of nonlinear control systems. This method does not require extensive modifications to traditional controllers and can prove stability. First, the basic form of dead-zone saturation operation is first given and its characteristics are pushed to such that it can be used to illustrate controller stability. Then, based on this characteristic, a controller considering the actuator saturation is designed and the stability of the proposed controller is demonstrated by Lyapunov function. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through numerical simulation.
