Sorting processes are critical in modern logistics, yet traditional methods face challenges in cost, efficiency, and adaptability. To address these, this study integrates programmable logic controller (PLC) technology with the ABB IRB120 robotic arm to develop an intelligent sorting system for complex environments. Existing methods lack precision and adaptability under varying conditions. Our system leverages PLC sensors, machine vision, and deep learning to achieve millimeter-level accuracy, high-speed sorting, and real-time decision-making. Simulation tests reveal a 30% reduction in response time and a 20% increase in sorting accuracy compared to conventional systems. This approach significantly improves adaptability, stability, and efficiency in logistics automation.

摘要
