Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Cloud has emerged as a transformative tool across multiple industries, enabling organizations to enhance demand forecasting, inventory control, and overall supply chain efficiency. Leading companies such as Walmart, Unilever, BMW, Kroger, McKesson Corporation, and PepsiCo have successfully leveraged this cloud-based solution to address distinct operational challenges. Benefits have included reduced stock shortages, improved inventory turnover, better last-mile delivery, effective management of perishable goods, and mitigation of supply chain risks. These advancements have resulted in notable improvements in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, supplier collaboration, and customer satisfaction. This research adopts a cross-industry case study approach, utilizing data from corporate disclosures, industry analyses, and expert interviews to examine the implementation and outcomes of Oracle SCM solutions. By analysing recurring strategies and performance indicators across sectors, the study reveals how Oracle SCM adapts to varied operational needs.
