摘要

The growing focus on sustainability has driven manufacturers to integrate green and preservation technologies into their production processes to enhance environmental responsibility and operational efficiency. This study examines a production model that minimizes costs, maximizes profitability, and ensures sustainable growth through strategic technology investments. Using the Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) model, two scenarios are analyzed: (1) investment in green technology and (2) investment in preservation technology. The aim is to enhance system profitability by optimizing critical operational parameters, with a focus on efficient carbon emission management. To minimize waste and boost operational efficiency, a two-parameter Weibull distribution is utilized. The model is verified through numerical simulations using MATLAB R2024b, which determine the global optimum values for cycle time and greening level. Furthermore, a sensitivity analysis evaluates the model’s stability under varying conditions. The findings provide valuable insights for sustainable manufacturing and offer recommendations for future research.
