Study of Green Inventory Model with Multivariate Demand Rate under Trapezoidal Cloudy Fuzzy Environment
摘要
Nowadays, customers not only look at a product’s price but also check its freshness. For future savings, they buy their product according to their income. In this study, a green inventory model has been developed, considering the selling price, inventory level, green degree, and customer income-dependent demand rate. Carbon emissions are incorporated in the proposed model due to the use of preservation technology. At first, we developed a crisp profit maximization model. Then, due to the uncertainty of the demand rate, the model was extended into a fuzzy framework. For a more realistic inventory model, a trapezoidal cloudy fuzzy model has been developed. LINGO 18.0 software has been used to obtain numerical results of Crisp and other fuzzy models. Graphical representations and sensitivity analyses were conducted to validate the proposed model. A comparative analysis of the crisp and fuzzy models indicates that the trapezoidal cloudy fuzzy approach yields a more optimal solution.
