International Digital Cooperation

Since the advent of the twenty-first century, the advancement of information and communications technology (ICT) has not only expanded the living space for humanity, but has also transformed the modes of societal production. However, it has not fundamentally altered the international political order. Various issues persist within the global governance of cyberspace, such as the disparities between the East and the West as well as the North–South divide. This urgently calls for nations across the globe to unite and collectively address these challenges.
