Overview of Digital China
摘要
On October 1, 1949, Chinese President Mao Zedong announced the founding of the People’s Republic of China at Tian’anmen Square in Beijing. China put an end to more than a century of suffering under oppression and aggression, finally gaining the opportunity for independent development. At that time, China had just emerged from decades of war, leaving the country war-torn and in a state of ruin, with everything needing to be rebuilt. It was a backward agricultural country with almost no industrial foundation, being unable to produce even steel gasoline barrels. Electronic products were mainly dependent on imports.
