With the continuous advancement of the ‘Dual Carbon’ strategy and increasing national focus on low/zero-carbon production, society is imposing higher requirements on enterprises’ energy consumption and carbon emissions. The transition from high-pollution, high-carbon emission operations to green, low-carbon development has become a common challenge for most domestic enterprises, including oil production companies. Oil production enterprises’ energy management has traditionally been heavily skewed toward conventional energy sources, lacking comprehensive management models for balanced multi-energy management. Therefore, with the ‘Dual Carbon’ goals as our objective, we aim to empower decision-making management by providing scientific and rational management solutions for green construction and energy control. This will enable oil production enterprises to fully achieve green, low-carbon development and open new pathways for energy supply security. By strengthening intelligent control, we will establish low-carbon decision-making production models for different scenarios. By adhering to decision-oriented approaches, we will enhance innovation capabilities in clean energy development and utilization. Through the construction and implementation of this management model, we will reinforce systematic thinking in energy control for oil production enterprises, coordinating new energy construction improvements with enterprise profitability development from a broader perspective. This activates the internal vitality of enterprises and generates significant economic and social benefits.

摘要
