With the acceleration of urbanization, how to scientifically optimize the layout of urban community space elements to improve the quality of life of residents has become an urgent problem to be solved. This study optimizes the layout of urban community space elements based on a generative algorithm, takes the layout of park green space as the research object, and optimizes the evaluation indicators such as green space availability, service population, service population income difference, planning area and traffic convenience. The experimental results show that after the design, all types of land use have been greatly improved, the average frequency of use of each green space has increased by about 1.8 times, and the green space coverage rate is as high as 97%. The study proves that the proposed method has significant advantages in optimizing spatial layout and coordination, and provides a scientific basis and technical support for the optimization of urban community space element layout.
