摘要

PT. APK is a company engaged in airport services that manages the process of incoming and outgoing cargo loads. In an effort to reduce waste in warehouse activities, the application of lean can be used to find the causes of waste using the Value Stream Mapping (VSM) method and through the Process Activity Mapping (PAM) approach. Waste analysis is used to identify the type of waste and the root cause of the problem in wastage. Determination of the Activity Mapping Process (PAM) in the incoming process consists of 15 activities in 7 stations, while the outgoing process consists of 16 activities in 7 stations. The results of the Lead Time Current State Mapping (CSM) and Future State Map (FSM) of incoming stations resulted in a reduction of 8.92 min. Meanwhile, the outgoing Current State Mapping (CSM) and Future State Map (FSM) lead times resulted in a reduced lead time of 26.10 min.
