The performance of pedestrians becomes an important aspect in the way we facilitate the comfort and safe mobility of pedestrians in each city area, especially in the center of the city. This research is analyzing the performance facilities of pedestrians on the connection roads between St. Basuki Rahmat, St. Gubernur Suryo, and St. Panglima Sudirman, whereas the area has a high-intensity road and dominates with central positions of marketplaces, services, and offices. The analysis is conducted using a trip method assigned ‘All or Nothing’ based on the origin-destinations matrix which wants to be divided into 23 road segments. The main parameters we analyze include speed, directions, and density of pedestrians in each segment. A survey at peak hours shows 5.840 people in total, with higher pressure located at St. Basuki Rahmat has as many as 2.764 pedestrians, and lower pressure located in St. Panglima Sudirman and St. Gubernur Suryo segments each one into 187 pedestrians. The pedestrian performance analysis is based on directions according to (HCM) present that 10 segments of sidewalk roads are rated A Meanwhile, 10 segments don't have a working rate (zero performance). So, they have zero work in the presentation of pedestrian facilities amount 66% of areas already have sidewalk roads and 34% are not already yet. These findings emphasize the importance of improvement in sidewalk road facilities at many segments that haven't made enough progress to build the better performance, comfort, and safety of pedestrians in the central city of Surabaya.
