Research on Quality Control Requirements Throughout the Material Production Process

Materials serve as the material foundation for high-end equipment manufacturing in aerospace, rail transportation, marine engineering, and other fields. The enhancement of material properties significantly drives the development of equipment technologies, while stable and controllable material quality provides effective assurance for batch production of equipment. This study conducts an analysis of the background of process control in material production, elucidates existing methods and achievements in quality control during material production process, and proposes systematic approaches and requirements for quality control throughout the entire material production process. The study aims to improve the stability and consistency of batch-produced material quality, thereby effectively reducing material utilization costs.
