The natural language processing models featuring ChatGPT alongside other artificial intelligence (AI) advancements fundamentally modify the way humans use computers for dialogue. The models generate excellent texts but their inadequate understanding of context causes users dissatisfaction through misunderstandings. The authors analyse why ChatGPT lacks context understanding to propose ways that enhance its performance on complex inquiries. The study will boost ChatGPT’s response precision by studying individual failure cases while enhancing its framework along with methodological assessment. We conducted tests on implemented AI communication enhancement methods through controlled experiments supported by user feedback to identify readable AI systems that function correctly. The findings contribute to the advancement of NLP technologies, addressing critical challenges in AI-driven interactions and improving overall user experience.
