Pole Control System of Distribution Network Mechanized Construction Integrated Machine Based on Machine Vision

The requirements of distribution network for construction efficiency and safety are constantly increasing. Aiming at the low precision, high labor cost and efficiency problems of current pole construction methods, this paper proposes a pole control system for distribution network mechanized construction machine based on machine vision to improve pole accuracy and construction efficiency. First, this study designs and builds an integrated mechanical structure, integrating a high-precision machine vision system to monitor the position and posture of the pole in real time; second, this study uses image processing technology to analyze the captured images, extracts the position information of the pole, and adjusts the movement of the robotic arm through a closed-loop control system to achieve precise pole erection; finally, experiments are conducted on site. The results show that the pole error of the control system is controlled within 5 mm. The pole control system based on machine vision effectively improves the automation level and safety of distribution network construction, and provides strong support for the intelligent construction of future distribution networks.
