摘要

The paper aims to investigate how cement mortar properties are affected by dissolved carbon dioxide in mixing water and use Response Surface Methodology (RSM) in the experimental work. The use of carbon dioxide-dissolved water is the main focus of this study, which aims to improve the properties of cement-based materials through CO2 mixing water. After three and seven days of curing, the cement mortar’s density, compressive strength, and modulus of elasticity are evaluated. According to preliminary findings, adding carbon dioxide-dissolved water to cement mortar improves its compressive strength, modulus of elasticity, and density. Using RSM modeling and optimization, it is found that 51.48% of carbon dioxide dissolved water and 361.64 kg/m3 cement content gives the highest compressive strength.
