摘要

An integrated design intent of well-rounded multi-disciplines is necessary for realising the future living, especially in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry. Climate change, the Industrial Revolution, and the development of information and technology lead to the reformation of organisations, including behaviour, practices, and decision-making processes. This study investigated the essential supporting factors of pedagogy development for future architects and engineers in enhancing their capabilities and readiness towards future living considering green investment in real estate development. Triangulation of qualitative and quantitative approaches were simultaneously and sequentially used through literature study, survey, observation, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). A case study of collaborative works involving multi-discipline students was applied to complete the investigation. The contents of actual case studies appeared to be essential for collaborative learning. The most critical supporting factors for green investment and property development decision-making are determining the meeting targets and agendas and the competency to integrate and collaborate on ideas and works.
