摘要

The impact of unsustainable development is the waste of energy and pollutants, and the loss of green space. Green buildings maximize energy savings, protect the environment, reduce pollution, maintain health, use space effectively, and are in harmony with nature in their life cycle. Appropriate Site Development (ASD); requires consideration of environmental factors such as site selection criteria, community access, public transportation, bicycle facilities, macroclimate, and stormwater runoff management. This research evaluates and suggests strategies to implement green building standards for ASD in high-rise buildings. The method of this research is to conduct a literature review and observation. The results are strategies to improve ASD aspects, specifically the establishment of regulations regarding external building maintenance and pest control, safe and convenient pedestrian access and proximity to public transportation, provision of bicycle parking, addition of soft-scape, provision of minimum two-way road access, and provision of land for public facilities.
