摘要

This study explores the proportional role of the speaker as a visual object in the layout of the visual range’s viewers through a simulation in the classroom environment. The viewer’s seeing capacity receives visual information through the interaction of the ‘seeing mechanism’ with the ambient optic array as a series of visual ranges. The study is conducted by capturing images to record each scene within the visual range of the viewer’s point of view. It creates a coordinate system that displays MATLAB calculations of the proportions of visual object parts from architectural elements. The results reveal that the percentage of the speaker’s proportion area as a visual object is insignificant to the viewer’s visual range layout. The configuration in the placement of classroom elements determines the proportion of visual objects to be captured in the visual range.
