This chapter introduces an integrated decision-making framework for supplier evaluation in a fuzzy environment. The methodology begins by constructing a fuzzy decision matrix, followed by pairwise comparisons using fuzzy PROMETHEE. Attribute weights are then derived via fuzzy linear programming (FLP) and the fuzzy outputs are defuzzified using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP). A case study demonstrates the model’s applicability and validity, offering insights for businesses to enhance competitive advantage and profitability through optimized supplier selection.
