The key recommendations emphasize expanding girls’ access to higher education and launching awareness campaigns to transform societal attitudes towards girls and women. Policies should aim at promoting an equitable sharing of domestic tasks within families and society. Such transformations will not only enable women to pursue economic opportunities but also help create the foundation for a gender inclusive labour market. Strategies need to be designed to foster a gender-sensitive work culture and eradicate all forms of gender discrimination in employment.
