This study examines the diverse aspects of behavioral intelligence and its effects on several HRM functions, such as recruitment, performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement. By grasping and utilizing behavioral intelligence, HR professionals can improve organizational efficiency, promote healthy work cultures, and lead to lasting business success. To keep in mind the emerging trend of technology in business, this study focuses on the effectiveness of applications of behavioral intelligence in the field of human resource management.
