摘要

In order to explore the initial deposition process of zinc evaporation, this article used scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscope (AFM) to observe the surface morphology of the coating under different deposition thicknesses. The deposition and orientation of zinc in the initial stage of evaporative deposition were observed and analyzed, hoping to provide reference for the preparation control of vacuum evaporation deposition of zinc. The results show that the deposition of zinc by resistance heating method has poorer vapor stability and larger zinc particles compared to electron beam heating evaporation deposition. The deposition will only be uniform when the coating thickness reaches a certain value; Also, when vacuum evaporation deposition is performed, the initial deposited film forms an irregular orientation, and after a certain thickness, a regular orientation is formed, but the orientation at each position is random.
