Impact of Existential Humanities on Life Skills of Literature Teachers and Learners
摘要
This chapter investigates how the study of existentialism and its core themes, such as identity formation, worldviews, decision-making, ethical choices, life goals, and essential life skills, transforms both literature teachers and students. Further, the chapter discusses the development of essential life skills within the literature classroom. Existentialism fosters skills such as critical thinking, self-reflection, communication, and empathy, which are vital for personal and professional growth. The chapter explores how literature teachers and learners alike can harness these skills to navigate life’s challenges and complexities.
