摘要

This chapter presents a novel method for evaluating escalator full-load braking performance through no-load testing. A multi-body dynamics model and braking performance decoupling method are developed to analyze system component friction coefficients. The study establishes a real-time correction model and uses filtering algorithms for data processing. The research identifies key performance features, including braking delays and actions, determines critical parameters like deceleration and braking distance, and develops a practical detection device for efficient emergency braking performance evaluation.
