摘要

The development of high-pressure hydraulic pipe joints has become a critical issue that needs to be addressed in the process of ultra-high-pressure hydraulic systems. This chapter introduces a sleeve-type ultra-high-pressure pipe joint structure. Based on this, a finite element model of the joint assembly was established using ANSYS, and its nonlinear simulation analysis capabilities were utilized to study the effects of various working pressures, as well as structural parameters such as groove depth, groove position, and material properties, on the contact sealing performance of the pipe joint. The research results indicate that the geometric parameters of the joint and the properties of the selected materials significantly affect the contact stress in the sealing area. These findings provide guidance for the structural scale optimization of pipe joints and offer technical support for the development of ultra-high-pressure pipe joint components.
