This chapter provides an analysis of the characteristics of multi-variety small-batch product assembly and debugging production process, under the guidance of lean production and intelligent manufacturing concept, taking a filter product as an example, reasonable use of existing resources, layout optimization planning, the product assembly time is shortened by 98.04%, and the production efficiency is greatly improved.
