Design and Research of Explosive Powder Hydraulic Equipment Based on Servo Motor Control

In order to further improve the performance of the explosive powder hydraulic equipment control system and reduce the overall energy consumption of the equipment, the existing status of the compression molding equipment was analyzed, and the domestic process characteristics and control requirements of explosive powder were combined. A hydraulic equipment electrical control system with servo oil pump motor group replacing the ordinary oil pump motor group and single/double-direction compression selection was designed. This control method has been successfully applied in some explosive powder compression production factories in China. Through actual use, it has been proved that the uniformity of the explosive powder compression has been greatly improved, and the overall energy consumption of the equipment can be reduced by 10–30% depending on the parameters of speed and holding time in the process.
