This study takes the four-column hydraulic press as the research object and designs a set of optimization design and control methods based on mechatronics integration to address the problems faced by traditional hydraulic systems, such as high energy consumption, slow response speed, and insufficient intelligence. The system adopts energy recovery technology, integrates multiple sensors, and applies Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and microcontroller technology to comprehensively improve the performance indicators of the hydraulic system. Test data shows that this optimization strategy effectively reduces energy consumption, accelerates response speed, and enhances the intelligence level of the system, laying a theoretical basis and practical example for the efficient application of hydraulic systems in industry.
