This study designed an intelligent material transport vehicle based on the STM32F407ZGT6 microcontroller, integrating components such as steering motor control, OpenMV and MaixCAN camera modules, and stepper motor drives. Control was achieved through programming, and SolidWorks was utilized to design the exterior and internal structure, with finite element analysis conducted for optimization. The OpenMV was used for path planning, while the MaixCAN captured material information. The application of Mecanum wheels endowed the vehicle with omnidirectional mobility. In simulation experiments, the transport vehicle completed the process within 4 min with high mobility accuracy, demonstrating efficiency and precision, and is expected to meet the requirements of modern intelligent manufacturing factories.
