摘要

In response to the difficulties faced in the manual cleaning process of the climbing formwork surface during the construction of cast-in-place concrete bridge towers, such as high labor intensity, high danger, and low cleaning efficiency, a vertically-oriented automatic cleaning system for wooden formwork has been designed. Firstly, an analysis of the difficulties of formwork cleaning under existing technical conditions is conducted, followed by the solution and system composition presentation in this chapter. The problems are then addressed through detailed design, explaining the adopted structural approach. Finally, a prototype is manufactured and tested to validate the system. The experimental results show that the system operates at an efficiency of 1m2/min, with a 60% improvement in efficiency compared to manual labor. Additionally, it can effectively work on vertical surfaces ranging from 0 to 6 meters, reducing the risks associated with manual high-altitude operations.
