Grinding Wheel Calculation Based on Radial Shovel Grinding of Gear Hobs
摘要
In the process of hob radial grinding motion, the accuracy of grinding wheel contour shape has a huge impact on the machining accuracy of hob. A method for calculating the grinding profile shape based on the meshing principle is proposed, and a corresponding mathematical model of the grinding motion is constructed to realize the solution of the precise profile shape of the grinding wheel. In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, this study uses the grinding wheel to backthrust the spade back surface of the hob, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the method in the field of hob precision machining are verified by the calculation error.
