Simulation Analysis of Cutting Mechanism Dynamics of Rotary Milling Wood Machine Based on ADAMS

摘要

In view of the unique modeling needs of wood product parts, this chapter proposes the necessity of designing rotary milling wood machine equipment. The three-dimensional model of the cutting mechanism of the rotary milling wood machine was designed by using SolidWorks, and the dynamic simulation analysis of the cutting mechanism was carried out by using ADAMS software, and the constraint relationship between the mechanisms was added. Through the simulation analysis of the U-shaped swing block, the milling tool holder, the compression spring, and the extension spring, the results show that the designed rotary milling wood machine cutting mechanism can effectively complete the processing of the wooden work piece, and the rationality of the structural design is analyzed and verified.
