摘要

Resistance spot welding, as an advanced joining technology, is a complex nonlinear physical contact process. Due to the extremely short process of spot welding test and the uncertain welding parameters of dissimilar materials, the elastic-plastic deformation of the material during welding pre-compression is difficult to be directly observed by test, and the direct test needs to spend a lot of time and cost for the pre-experiment. Therefore, in this chapter, a 1:1 numerical analysis model of spot welding of SUS301L/H1000 dissimilar austenitic stainless steel is constructed by using ABAQUS finite element simulation technology, the pre-compression process of spot welding is explored through Mises stress field and contact stress field, and a reasonable range of electrode pressure is determined according to the effect of different electrode pressures on the pre-compression contact stress. This provides ideas for the joining of two ultra-high-strength steels.
